Adult Fitness Classes at CVDA

Adult classes are available at CVDA for the 2018 – 2019 class year! No membership or registration fee!  10-class punch cards available, only $8 a class.  Feel free to mix and match your classes weekly or bi-weekly to create your own workout routine. Classes begin September 10th.

Adult Yoga: Tuesdays 7:15 pm-8:15 pm

Relieve the back-to-school stress after every week by joining us for yoga. Using breathing techniques, meditation, and sequences building strength and flexibility, you’ll feel relaxed and ready to take on the rest of the week!

Ballet Burn: Wednesdays 9:00 am-10:00 am

It’s a new year and a clean slate for all of your fitness goals!  Join us for Ballet Burn!  Ballet Burn is an upbeat class that is based on ballet movements specially formatted to strengthen arms, legs, abs, and glutes. Inspirational music will make you want to move and groove!  No prior dance experience necessary!  Purchase a punch card in the office and join us!

Modern Yoga: Tuesdays 9:30 am-10:15 am

Make your mind and body one by toning and strengthening your muscles in this class. This class blends yoga and modern dance techniques for a great morning workout!
