Pre-School Dance Classes
The beginning of your young dancer's journey.
Combo Classes
Pre-School Classes are forty-five minutes long and are designed to introduce students to the foundational movements of ballet and tap. These classes enhance a student’s creative ability, attention span, physical mobility and musical comprehension. Students also learn classroom etiquette, cooperation skills, and memorization.
Mommy & Me
Wednesdays, 10:30 - 11:15 am
An interactive dance class for children 24 to 36 months and their guardian. This class will incorporate props and unique musical games to develop your child’s creativity. It is an introduction to the art of dance in a loving and nurturing environment.
Performance
All Combo I classes perform in their own show separate from our annual Recital. This setting allows these younger dancers to perform for their friends and family without the nerves and stressors of a larger audience. This showcase includes a class demonstration, a routine performed by your little stars, and a presentation of flowers and certificates for each young dancer. These little ones are also treated to two performances by our Company Dancers and can watch these girls up close!

Ann Fonash
Miss Ann infuses magic and excitement into our Kids Summer Programs and year-round classes at Chester Valley Dance Academy. Whether teaching our combo or pre-dance classes, she creates an enchanting atmosphere that captivates and inspires our young dancers. Miss Ann is committed to fostering a love of dance in every child and believes in the importance of building confidence and self-esteem through movement and performance. Her dedication to her students is evident in the joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere she cultivates in her classes. When Ann is not spending time teaching at CVDA she serves Chester County, PA, and the surrounding areas as a licensed Realtor®. Having grown up in Chester County and teaching dance to thousands of students for the past 30 years she has a deep connection to the community and a great understanding of the local real estate market.

Dress Code
