Tuition Rates
2024-2025 tuition can be paid by credit card on the parent portal or should be made payable to: Chester Valley Dance Academy, LLC and mailed to 130 South Village Avenue Exton, PA 19341
Tuition Sessions run on a 6 week schedule. Any class longer than 1 hour will have $5.00 per 15 minute charge applied to the total tuition. Receive a 10% discount on additional siblings.

Tuition Due Dates

- 1st Payment due with Enrollment
- 2nd Payment on 10/15
- 3rd Payment on 12/4
- 4th Payment on 1/29
- 5th Payment on 3/12
- 6th Payment on 4/30
Billing notices will not be sent out. Payment is due the 1st class of the session. If it is not received by the 1st class, there will be a $10.00 late fee charged. Students will be asked to watch class if their account is not paid up to date.
Fall Classes: A $35.00 non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of registration along with the 1st month's tuition payment ($50.00 registration fee per family account). There is a $30.00 charge for any returned checks.
Summer Classes: A $10.00 non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of registration. There is a $30.00 charge for any returned checks.
Holiday Credits and Studio Closings
Credits for Holiday closings are calculated into the sessions
- 1st day of classes: 9/04/2024
- Thanksgiving Break: Monday, November 25th to Sunday, December 1st
- Winter Break: Thursday, December 19th to Wednesday, January 1st
- Spring Break: Wednesday, April 16th to Tuesday, April 22
- Memorial Day: Monday, May 26th
There are no credits or refunds.
