Chester Valley Dance Academy

Chester Valley Dance Academy offers students the opportunity to perform Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Lyrical and Hip Hop at the advanced level across the region. Our specialty Company Classes stress performance skills and advanced dance techniques within weekly classes. To prepare our Company students in a career in dance, Chester Valley Dance Academy often brings in guest choreographers to work with our students to introduce them to new styles of teaching and dance technique. Our guest Choreographers and Instructors provide valuable experiences to our students by providing fresh routines and feedback to our students.

Chester Valley Dance Academy offers students the opportunity to perform Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Lyrical and Hip Hop at the advanced level across the region. Our specialty Company Classes stress performance skills and advanced dance techniques within weekly classes. Middle and High School students may audition to join one or more of our Company Groups.  Special performing groups of younger students are formed to continue their training at a higher level to guide them into the appropriate company group.

Moreover, our Company Dancers secure coveted spots in acclaimed summer programs including Kaatsbaan International Ballet, the Royal Ballet, Joffrey Ballet School, Philadelphia Ballet, the Joffery Ballet, and the American Ballet Theater, underscoring their pursuit of excellence beyond the stage. Numerous Company dancers successfully transition beyond high school, embarking on a journey of dance training at the collegiate level and beyond. Their exceptional dedication and technical prowess often lead to well-deserved scholarships that support their continued growth in the dance world.
