Didn’t get a chance to register your child for a pre-school dance class this fall? Now’s your chance! Chester Valley Dance Academy is adding a new Combo Class for children in pre-school beginning February 2019.  Pre-School Classes are designed to introduce students to the art of dance. These classes enhance a student’s creative ability, attention span, physical mobility and musical comprehension. Students also learn classroom etiquette, cooperation skills, and memorization. The class length is forty-five minutes long with an emphasis on ballet and incorporation of tap.  Students enrolled in this class will also have the opportunity to perform at an end of year showcase just for them!

This Combo class will perform in their own show separate from our annual Recital.  At this event, students perform for family and friends, as well as see a performance by the advanced dancers.  This small, intimate setting allows these younger dancers to perform for their friends and family without the nerves and stressors of a larger venue. This showcase includes a class demonstration, a routine performed by your little stars, and a presentation of flowers and certificates for each young dancer.  These little ones are also treated to two performances by our Company Dancers and can watch these girls up close!
