Tuition Rates

Summer tuition  can be paid by credit card on the parent portal or should be made payable to: Chester Valley Dance Academy, LLC and mailed to 130 South Village Avenue Exton, PA 19341

Tuition Sessions run on a 6 week schedule.  Any class longer than 1 hour will have $5.00 per 15 minute charge applied to the total tuition. Receive a 10% discount on additional siblings.

Tuition Due Dates

Fall 2026-2027 Tuition Dates

  • 1st Payment on with Registration (Classes Begin on September 9th)
  • 2nd Payment on October 21st
  • 3rd Payment on December 7th
  • 4th Payment on February 1st
  • 5th Payment on March 15th
  • 6th Payment on May 3rd (Last Day of Class June 12th)

Billing notices will not be sent out.  Payment is due the 1st class of the session. If it is not received by the 1st class, there will be a $10.00 late fee charged. Students will be asked to watch class if their account is not paid up to date. 

Fall Classes: A $35.00 non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of registration along with the 1st month's tuition payment ($55.00 registration fee per family account). There is a $30.00 charge for any returned checks.

Summer Classes: A $10.00 non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of registration. There is a $30.00 charge for any returned checks.

Holiday Credits and Studio Closings

Holiday closings are calculated into the sessions (March 22 classes make-up for Memorial Day closing) 

  • 1st day of classes: Wednesday, September 9th
  • Thanksgiving Break: Monday, November 23 - Sunday, November 29th
  • Winter Break: Sunday, December 20th - Sunday, January 3rd
  • Spring Break: Tuesday, March 23rd - Sunday, March 28th
  • Memorial Day: Monday, May 31st

There are no credits or refunds.
