Tuition Rates
Summer tuition can be paid by credit card on the parent portal or should be made payable to: Chester Valley Dance Academy, LLC and mailed to 130 South Village Avenue Exton, PA 19341
Tuition Sessions run on a 6 week schedule. Any class longer than 1 hour will have $5.00 per 15 minute charge applied to the total tuition. Receive a 10% discount on additional siblings.

Tuition Due Dates
Fall 2025-2026 Tuition Dates
- 1st Payment due with Enrollment
- 2nd Payment on October 18th
- 3rd Payment on December 6th
- 4th Payment on January 31st
- 5th Payment on March 14th
- 6th Payment on May 2nd
Billing notices will not be sent out. Payment is due the 1st class of the session. If it is not received by the 1st class, there will be a $10.00 late fee charged. Students will be asked to watch class if their account is not paid up to date.
Fall Classes: A $35.00 non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of registration along with the 1st month's tuition payment ($50.00 registration fee per family account). There is a $30.00 charge for any returned checks.
Summer Classes: A $10.00 non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of registration. There is a $30.00 charge for any returned checks.
Holiday Credits and Studio Closings
Credits for Fall 2025 - Spring 2026 Holiday closings are calculated into the sessions
- 1st day of classes: Saturday, September 6th
- Thanksgiving Break: Tuesday, November 25 - Sunday, November 29th
- Winter Break: Saturday, December 20th - Friday, January 2nd
- Spring Break: Tuesday, March 31st - Monday, April 6th
- Memorial Day: Saturday, May 23rd - Monday, May 25th
There are no credits or refunds.
