Chester Valley Dance Academy company members performed this weekend at Dance for HER, a performance gathering studios from all over the region for a fundraising performance supporting Unite for HER, a West Chester based organization that provides integrative therapies and services to breast and ovarian cancer patients. In preparation for this event, CVDA Dancers hosted a Car Wash + Bake sale to raise additional funds.

Company Ballet 1 performed "Lisztomania" choreographed by Kim Martin and our Company Modern II dancers performed "Silhouette" choreographed by Roderick Phifer.

We want to thank the organizers of Dance for HER for putting together a wonderful event that brought the local dance community together for an important cause.  A special thanks to the CVDA faculty and staff who helped prepare our students for this event as well as all of those in the CVDA community who donated to our fundraisers.  Dance for HER is still accepting donations here for anyone who would like to make a donation.
