April is coming to an end and there is so much going on at CVDA!  Please be sure to read the following in it’s entirety to be informed about important studio information. 

Mighty Mia Shirts 

There’s only one week left to purchase your Mighty Mia Shirt! This year, a corporate sponsor, State Farm, will be matching the money raised by CVDA. All proceeds will be donated to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Please help us raise money for this cause and awareness for childhood cancer.  Visit our fundraising page to order your shirt!

Recital Tickets

Recital Tickets will go on sale to the public on Saturday, May 4th at www.tututix.com.   Tickets are first come, first serve. For more information, please visit our Recital Page.  From May 4th to May 18th, 8 tickets per show may be purchased. From May 19th to June 8th, additional tickets may be purchased. (These seats may not be with the original seats.) After June 8th tickets must be purchased at the door, based on availability.

To order online, visit www.tututix.com and select the location (Phoenixville Middle School), date and time of your desired show. You will find the seating chart on-line for your reserved seating. Double check your selections of the shows and times as there are no refunds. Exchanges will only be for the exact amount for a different show.

Our Senior Students who are graduating this year will receive information on how to go on line to purchase tickets starting on April 27th. They will have the opportunity to choose their seats one week prior to the opening of sales by using a special code. If Seniors do not take advantage of this offer we will not be able to give them seating preference.

Recital Program Shout Outs

There are only a few weeks left to submit your Dancer Shout Outs! All shout-outs are due by May 15th and must be submitted through our Online Store.  You may purchase a quarter, half, or full size page for your shout out.  You may design and submit your own shout out, or upload a photo and text to have a CVDA Staff member create a custom shout out!  There is an additional $20 fee for custom shout outs.

2019-2020 Schedule

CVDA is working hard to complete the Fall schedule.  Please be patient with this long process.  Next year’s schedule will be released the end of May. We will only be accepting online class registration through the Parent Portal.  If you have any questions, please call the office at 610-594-2771.
