Chester Valley Dance Academy is proud to offer students with not only quality dance training at the studio, but also the opportunity to travel and participate in conventions, competitions, and master classes. This year, the Chester Valley Dance Academy Company is traveling to Orlando, Florida to train and perform in Disney World.
This March, dancers will participate in a dance workshop where they will have the chance to learn what it’s like — and what it takes — to be a Disney Parks performer. In this Backstage Dance Intensive, dancers are treated as professional cast members in a live production environment where they will learn choreography and staging techniques from one of the many shows performed at Disney Parks across the world. Through this process, dancers will be introduced to elements that elevate their movement to a uniquely Disney level of storytelling.
Over the next few months, dancers will be hard at work perfecting choreography for their performance in the park. Our talented faculty members have curated a thematic performance that showcases our dancers’ talent in ballet, hip-hop, jazz, and lyrical for the stage at Disney Springs.

We ask the CVDA Community to help send our dancers on this trip to help further their dance technique and future careers. Over the next few weeks, Company Dancers will be hosting various fundraisers that will support this trip.

CVDA Dancers and the fabulous Miss Ann are delighted to host a memorable Parent's Night Out on Saturday, February 17th, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Dive into the festivities and join us for a fantastic night filled with joy and entertainment! As parents enjoy a well-deserved night out, children will be treated to a magical movie experience. But that's not all! Our creative minds have planned an array of crafts and activities to keep the excitement flowing throughout the evening.
