Our ballet and jazz classes feature conditioning exercises that strengthen student's muscles and joints. Additionally, these classes give students the opportunity to focus deeply on their bodily alignment, balance, and control. Students work through various movements that provide deep stretches through their muscles to help find a wider range of motion.
