Picture Week Schedule

Picture Information

Pictures are being taken in studio B, therefore some of the classes will need to be combined or their time changed to accommodate the loss of one of the studios.  The classes will be kept as close to their regular time as can be however there will be exceptions. Detailed schedule is attached..

• Information on the packages offered and envelopes will be handed out in dance class the week before.
• Purchasing a picture package is optional.  However, we would like to include everyone from the class in the group shot so please plan to attend class in costume this week.
• Picture envelopes should be filled out and given to a CVDA staff member when you drop your child off  at the studio door. (Payment must be made at the time of the Photo.  Checks should be made out to: Accent Photography).
• If you have questions or need an envelope the day of pictures, please park and walk up to the office window, (do not block the driveway around the studio)
• Your child’s hair and make-up may be done as you would like it for the pictures.  The children do not need to have their hair in a bun.
